Volunteers’ Week Spotlight: Meet Mike & Tracy

This incredible duo brings energy, kindness, and dedication to both our retail teams and the Hospice – and we’re so grateful for everything they do!

Tracy spotted a volunteer sign outside our Walton Court shop, popped in, and signed up on the spot. Now, she’s a regular behind the scenes – sorting donations, sharing laughs with the team, and watching items fly off the shelves to raise funds for Florence.

👉 “I enjoy the banter, being part of the team, and knowing I’m making a difference.”

Mike got involved after Tracy told him about a request in our volunteer’s newsletter – first as a driver for Day Hospice sessions, then as a PAT tester for our showroom. He now volunteers multiple days a week, helping to prepare donated electricals for sale.
