Florrie’s Children’s Team offers respite care for children with life-limiting illnesses, in their own home.
Our specially qualified nurses and carers will care for your child in your own home, giving you a much-needed break from their daily caring routine with the peace of mind that your child is being looked after by a caring team who understand their individual needs.
Our nurses and carers will liaise closely occurs with the other professionals involved with your child’s care to ensure continuity of care
Any professional or care worker who knows the child/young person and has your permission may make a referral for consideration of care.

There is no cost for parents to access the Florrie’s Children’s Team care. The service is commissioned and fully funded by Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity.
